Person in Overall Advisory Control (POAC)

The course is designed specifically for STS Operations in providing guidance to Masters, Officers, POAC and Pilots who are directly involved in ship transfer operations with respect to the steps, procedures and good operating practices. It is also applicable and useful to those involved in running and managing Ship-To-Ship Cargo Transfer Operations, oil traders and vessel operators.
